March Monthly Meal Plan
Last month I shared with you my monthly meal plan. (If you want some more meal planning inspiration you can view it here, February Meal Plan.) This method has been working splendidly for our family and I make adjustments week to week as necessary. A couple of meals did not end up getting made as planned so I moved them to this month. I am running a little behind sharing my March Meal Plan, we have been having some work done on our house and also dealing with a sick baby.
The good part about planning a month at a time is that there is less daily decision making when it comes to planning meals. Also, I buy all the meat I need for the month at one time so we have the main ingredients on hand. Then we make a weekly run to the store for fruits and veggies. All meals are gluten and dairy free (or at least modified as such). This month I will be gone for a week, so there will be less meals for which to plan.
