April Monthly Meal Plan
Running a bit behind as usual, but here is my monthly meal plan for April. Hope you find some inspiration and motivation to meal plan for your family whether weekly or monthly! Planning ahead gives greater opportunity to wisely use and budget the resources with which God has blessed us. For further ideas, check out the previous months plans:
Week One
Monday (Mar 29): Hubby on his own
Tuesday (Mar 30): eat out (travel day)
Wednesday (Mar 31): Church (Each Wednesday we have a meal at church before the service)
Thursday: Salads with Chicken
Friday: Pizza with Gluten free crust
Saturday: Culvers (We had practice at church for our Easter Cantata)
Sunday: Lamb roast, sweet potato casserole, & broccoli salad
Week Two
Monday: Chicken Salad
Tuesday: Creamy Sweet Potato Soup
Wednesday: Church
Thursday: Clam Linguine (with gluten free pasta)
Friday: Burgers
Saturday: Herb Roasted Pork Tenderloin Roast
Sunday: Leftover Roast
Week Three
Monday: Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Tuesday: Taco Salads
Wednesday: Church
Thursday: Shrimp Salad
Friday: Pizza (Gluten free crust and goat cheese)
Saturday: Roast Chicken
Sunday: Roast Chicken
Week Four
Monday: Honey “Soy” Chicken (I sub coconut aminos for the soy sauce)
Tuesday: Kielbasa Sausage & Veggies
Wednesday: Church
Thursday: Cod (I keep it basic with some dairy butter & herbs)
Friday: travel day
Saturday: travel day
Sunday: travel day
